Payment for Services
Open, transparent, fair and always offering our clients excellent value for money.
We believe in being professional and accountable to our clients, therefore it is only right that you should know how much we charge, the services we provide and the value we deliver to you as soon as possible.
Prior to commencing any of the work for you, we will discuss and agree with you the services we will provide for you and how and when payment will be made.
We cannot charge you a fee for any work completed without your prior agreement.
How are the fees calculated?
We charge an initial fee to create your Financial Plan which provides you with everything you need – from the exploratory discussions, going through our advice and implementing whatever we have recommended. It is totally inclusive and there are no extras on top.
For clients having an ongoing service, it is much the same. This monthly fee is also totally inclusive of anything you could need during the year. Whether that is making an adjustment to your pension contributions, setting up Junior ISAs for your children or grandchildren, or helping you invest money from an inheritance. It takes great skill and experience to put the financial plan into action, to keep it on track and protect your wealth for the future.
How are fees paid?
Our fees can be paid direct from your bank account or in most cases you will also have the option to pay them from your investment or pension pots.
Do we charge VAT?
No we don’t as most of the work we do for our clients is VAT exempt. The small element that is liable to VAT is below the threshold where we would have to register for, charge and pay VAT
